Tourism Webworks began with one family holiday — and an unexpected discovery.
While on vacation, our founder Jennie booked a family activity through a third-party website. Everything seemed straightforward, until a friendly chat with the local operator revealed a hidden issue: the third-party company was forwarding bookings but delaying payments for up to three months. Even more concerning, the operator didn’t realise that their Google Business listing was connected to that third-party site, sending potential customers — and revenue — away from their business.
Seeing the impact this had on a small operator’s livelihood, Jennie offered to help. Working closely with the provider, she designed and developed a custom website that showcased their experiences, handled direct bookings, and gave them complete control over their digital presence. This project became the foundation of the Discover Natadola website — a direct, independent online presence built specifically for the operator’s needs. Within weeks, the business began receiving direct enquiries and payments — no middleman needed.
That single project sparked a bigger vision.
